Greetings,
I have MCS, so I speak from experience. For indoor work, use only paper
printed with soy ink, most newspapers do this. Colored ink is the one
that really off gasses. We don't use any cement, I use heavy clay and
make fidobe, I mix heavy clay and pulped paper 1/1 by weight. For us,
this means nothing to buy and it doesn't make me sick. Hope this helps.
