Yes,I said and mean a CASTLE!!!Any qualified Building Guru may apply.
We have a materials budget of $65K to start and REALLY know what we
want and have a secure knowlege of what is REALISTIC.We also know it
will be alot of real HARD work.
We need a MENTOR(s)to get a PLAN started.If we know HOW the
place/palace will be constructed most cost efficentlty,we then can
purchase the best suited land for it. ie,, terrain and resources.
We have chosen a locality in N/C New Mexico without BC's and suspect
the construction will be of concrete/adobe underground/berm hybrid
including 1 dome of 50 ft wide and papercrete interior walls.
*NOTE* My husband does: Working 25 mm 'Scale Architectual Historical
Models'. Just has never built the 100% real live-in kind.
