[papercreters] Re: mixers

Ok my last answer got flagged or died in the cybermist anyway. I have
a fix position roller mixer because I can not use a tow mixer on my
roads. To many ditchs no pavement for atleast 3 1/2 miles the tow
mixer I did build lasted for 2 runs. If you have good roads a tow
mixer is the way to go. There are many designs on the group check out
the photo section.

this one ok maybe not that many but alot. Its all about learning what
pc is a blender will do fine if you go water first then paper then
lime ,cement etc and do not over load it. Use small amounts of each
to start to say 1/2 a blender bucket of water 1/4 cup of lime, 1/4
cup of cement, 1/4 blender bucket paper then top it off with water if
have any room in the bucket you can never have to much water. Change
the mix around check the group site for mixes have fun with it. Clean
it out after each batch dried lime and cement are hard on the parts.
Then as you see how the stuff works you will have a better
understanding how a bigger mixer will get that bigger job done with
less effort.
