Ok noone jumped on it yet your going to get a kazillon answers on this one ok maybe not that many but alot. Its all about learning what pc is a blender will do fine if you go water first then paper then lime ,cement etc and do not over load it. Use small amounts of each to start to say 1/2 a blender bucket of water 1/4 cup of lime, 1/4 cup of cement, 1/4 blender bucket paper then top it off with water if have any room in the bucket you can never have to much water. Change the mix around check the group site for mixes have fun with it. Clean it out after each batch dried lime and cement are hard on the parts. Then as you see how the stuff works you will have a better understanding how a bigger mixer will get that bigger job done with less effort.

I read on another web site that blenders could be used but that sounds like they would be ruined.
