Re: [papercreters] Mixer progress

I have a different take.  There are more and more people who can't/don't think outside the box when it comes to problem solving.  Noone could/would look at the problem and see how to press the parts apart.  I (silly me) assumed everyone would be able to look at the pieces, how they connected and, with the right tools, be able to press them apart.  This was NOT rocket science.

I can sympathize with your experience ElfN.  This has happened to me many times in my 64 years, but sometimes things do break and sometimes they don't.  I can sympathize with the tractor repair place as well though for who wants to endure the reaction if it had broken.  Most people are less than appreciative when a repair doesn't work.  The satisfaction of making it work yourself in spite of those that said it couldn't be done is extremely satisfying though.  Good Job!
