I would first make a trial dome of glass bottles and papercrete on the ground level and let it sit for about a month so that issues like glass bottles slipping out of papercrete are known.
If a glass bottle slips or cracks when it is over the head of somebody in the pub, you will not look like a hero.
But do go ahead.
