Hiya, Keith. Don't know the answer to your question, but I can say
that PC should perform well in this application. Even without
waterproofing I suspect you would be fine as long as the structure had
good drainage under it. PC sticks to itself very well, and has been
used in many dome / vault structures by folks on the list.
The only other concern I would have for animals living inside it would
be to make sure it has sufficient ventilation.
