Another approach that has occured to me it to skin the hoophouse in
ferrocrete using PC for the "crete."

The hoophouse is currently covered by a silver tarp that doesn't
reflect as much heat as I hoped it would. The dimensions are 20ft
wide, 48ft long, and 10 ft high in the center. It is aligned
north/south, with the north end open and the south end opens to the
Moo-Tel. There is currently a 1 foot or so gap along the east and west
walls.

The top-rail "ribs" of the hoophouse are 3ft on center, so I figure I
might do a three foot section at a time. With ambition running high, a
section a day would take me 17 days. Once reality hits, it's more
likely to take all summer. :o)
