Depends on which tests you mean. Could you be more specific?

I would say generally it compares more easily with wood than with
cement. It does not shatter when it fails, it simply compresses. The
insulative and smolder properties are closer to wood (although much
improved over wood). Further research needs to be done on the sound
proofing values, although some informal testing and speculation tell
me it will perform considerably better than either wood or cement.

Check with Clyde for water resistance, I make mine to be water porous
to meet my needs. However, generally you will either end up adding
something (latex, more cement, etc) or coating it in something
(asphalt, latex, prickly pear juice, wax, etc) to seal it.
What do you mean by highly insulative? R2 per inch? R3 per inch? Higher?
