Greetings,
We had the situation in our county that the fire trucks and ambulances
kept getting stuck, and could not get into several developments when it
rained. The battle went on in words for year, until a man died from a
heart attack and the ambulance that could have saved him was stuck in
the middle of the road, about a mile from his place. The roads finally
got fixed.
