We're also looking into building a new oven and one of the issues is whether you want it to retain heat.
In the horno (cob) we build a big fire, heat it up, then take the hot coals out and put the bread in. It's hot enough long enough to bake the bread.
How would that work with papercrete? Don't think it would hold the heat like cob.
