[papercreters] Mold

I don't know if this product would work for mold and papercrete. Of course one would not add it into the mix but it might be used if mold does occur on a finished project. It is the best product I know for mold.

I think the chlorine would evaporate fairly quickly after damaging your paper fibers, and be ineffective against mold. Soak a piece of paper in bleach overnight and see what happens. Borates work well, like boric acid or borax laundry additive (Three Elephants, Twenty Mule Team, etc.), and are not expensive.
