Ron, I checked your math and for what you were figureing your 100% correct. I think if you add local clay to you mix you can come down on the cement cost a little and still have that fire proofness.
If you were to hire that same 220 lF Exterior wall framing, 2" x 6" studs, gypboard, insulation and wood siding the Cost per running foot, for 8' high walls it would be as follows
220.00 LF 4,004.00 Unit Material 3,586.00 Labor 7,590.00 Total
and your insulation factor for that wall would not be anywhere near what your going to get with papercrete. I got the above figures from my 2005 contractors estimator CD it is always pretty close to correct.
