Greetings,
You are correct, no insurance. Living in a half finished building, in
this part of the world means no insurance. You may have construction
insurance, but that ends the second you move in. And, unless the place
is 90% finished, you can't insure it as a home. There is a big gap in
the middle for the self built home, especially when doing it cash.
