AE=Asphalt Emulsion

A substance that in my opinion is best used as a coating perhaps with a little paper pulp mixed into it rather than attempting to mix AE into large batches of papercrete for making big thick waterproof blocks of papercrete.

When I have played around with mixing AE with papercrete, anything thicker than a 1/4" to 1/2" coating took FOREVER to dry.

Of course, someone else may have better success than I did. If they do, I would love to hear the details.
