People will tell you to spray it on, but just as fast to hand apply once you get a rhythum, less to clean up, compressors, etc.

1. chicken wire is too wide, you need a small grid mesh... window screen may be too small.. experiment with various materials. Burlap has been much done and talked about. visit the Annesly site
http://annesley.wordpress.com/burlap-crete-explained/

2. if you push through a too wet papercrete it may pass thru and fall off inside. hand application of a thicker more drained and doughy papercrete may work better.

EXPERIMENT with mesh samples. even stapling that orange plastic mesh tightly across the studs might work. (added weight may sag it tho)

I had a lot of leftover pegboard- pressed paper sheets 2x4'-- and plastered over while it was lying flat before installing upright, it worked. needed at top coat plaster to protect from weather of course

2. the 3.5 R of 1" papercrete may not be accurate to get to 15R, don't count on it, just adding a layer of the blue sheeting foam may give you the added insulation you may want.. as a shed, not that important if you have only R 8 or 12

sometimes it's faster to use gloved hands, vs trowels..just experiment

when I put paper+lime plaster on drywall I use gloved hands to get it on, then a trowel to spread it
