I'm new here, but it strikes me that papercrete is to solar as the hand is to the wrist.  Technically they are separate, but the value is higher when one understands the relationship between them.

Its certainly not my decision. My opinion fwiw is that we'd best stick to papercrete (and maybe some closely related things like paperadobe). Otherwise most of us on the list has other often somewhat political views on things to fill the list with, and it ceases being of much use for papercrete, or anything else.
