[papercreters] Re: okay, so what about foundations? How to do that?

I have 2 layers of packed tires below ground and 2 above ground. So a total of four layers of packed tires as my foundation. Nest week I am having a slab poured inside of it. To research the tire version you can look up tire house construction or Earth ships. The Living in paper website also has a brief explanation of how to use tires as a footer.

And so you don't want the ground to shift and crack your hard work, or worse, break it. So Does anybody have some stories on foundations? Does a person dig a trench and fill it with papercrete? Does a person dig a a square, then a couple channels across and then just pour papercrete on top of it all? What?
