Also, I will ask a question that will sound lame but what is the difference between a hammer drill and a regular one?

can tell you if you use either of those metal housing drills in wet
slurry you could get the shock of your life, I've had it happen with
metal housing circular saws upon a metal ladder. It hurts like #*&^$@!)
really bad.

I don't reconize the brand of either drill. But the price is right if
your not going to use in water.
