Chlorine will not last long when exposed to uv.  The bleach you buy from the grocery store is 6% when bottled, by the time you take it home it is already down to 3% actual chlorine.  The same with swimming pool chlorine.  There are two different types; shock and stabilized chlorine, stabilized chlorine has cynuric acid added to prolong the life of the chlorine.  But it still breaks down in sunlight.

I'm sure glad one of us knows what we're talking about and how to correctly spell chlorine.  :~)

I just post more photos of the sudden rain shower we had move over our area, my tarp wasn't big enough to cover my whole project and the wind blew the wood cover off the last form to expose the wall to the rain, too my surprise the part that the tarp didn't cover and the part that got the wood cover blown off showed no signs of damage not even rain drop specks. It was less than 24 hours old at the time of the rain. This stuff is going to be GREATTTT! (as tony the tiger sez)
