The castle is a compilation of ferrocement towers, airformed domes around a central barrel vault. I can't give you the square footage . . . maybe Charmaine could. 

 

I visited Nolan a couple months ago and got a more recent tour.  Very cool.  Terrazzo floors, beautiful round topped doors, eyelash kitchen.  Still a work in progress, but cool none the less.
