<LOL>  I can SO relate to the concept.
 
I sent the link based on the knowledge Tim Pye built his house Casa Wizard Moon using a 2" Wenger trash pump powered by a Honda motor, purchased used from a rental place.  He pumped the slurry up into form that were the height of the wall AND up onto the roof.

I have made arrangements to try a piston based stucco/grout pump next week. My new pump theory for pushing papercrete is:
