[papercreters] Tilt Up Paper Crete

Just wondering if anyone has thought of or has used papercrete to make tilt up panels similar to concrete tilt up panels (but maybe not as high?)  Was thinking it may be an easy way to make panels quickly, make a form work on a perforated panel of some description (for drainage) add enough reo mesh to enable the panel to be picked up from one end with a couple of lifting loops.  Maybe the panels could be used in a post and beam construction, but with the beam added after the panels were stood up between the posts.  If the form for the panel had a ridge along the side such that it formed a groove down the sides of the panel, slurry could be poured down the groove to seal to the posts, or between panels.  The form would need to be able to have the sides pulled off to remove the ridged section.
