You Caught me.

Actually I temporarily forgot which list I was replying to.  On an Ontario based group we have had ongoing debates on how to address some peculiarities in our building code which requires an insulated foundation on living spaces.  The infloor heat folks continue to debate whether there needs to be insulation under the tubing or just around the outside of the building down to the frost line. Various building inspectors also interpret this differently  This gets even more interesting when we start theorizing about how to best do and meet code for AGS systems which the code does not yet recognize much less understand.
