Re: [papercreters] Layering and the use of latex paint

I need to step the papercrete up off the floor. I have some choices. I can
treat the papercrete so it won't wick, or I can build a short stemwall out
of concrete. My question was, will a papercrete stemwall with latex added
prevent wicking.
