Whar do you want to do with the papercrete? I went back and read through the topic. Vickey got several ideas given to her. Do you have a bucket, a good drill and a strong mixed for the drill? Portland cement and newspaper? If you just have short times to play with this weigh up two pounds of paper then tear it into strips and put it in the bucket with water. Let it soak then the next evening mix it up and see how well it turns to pulp. If it does then dump in a pound of portland and mix until it all looks the same then pour it into your forms. There was talk of a 1-2-3 mix of portland - sand - paper. Maybe you should try that the second time and see which you like better. With two pounds of paper I am not sure how full that bucket will be so maybe you should start with one pound of paper and 1/2 pound of portland. Me, I would do the two pounds and just have another bucket handy. I really need to find that heavy duty mixer I used in my hole-hawg to mix up all those five gallon containers of reddy-mix concrete.
