I have. It is easy to use. It smells from the borates, like ammonia or urine. I mixed in a normal concrete mixer and did not presoak. You could mix in a bucket with a good drill and a plaster mixing blade, or even stir it with your hands though you should use rubber gloves. The finished product is different from pc mixed in a tow mixer or with a spray washer, not as smooth. I may use some more of the cellulose insulation on a current project but will probably stick to the much cheaper "normal" pc.
