Hi does your ground fiberglass look like tiny pebbles or fine dust? If it is dust you could try what the Para-Crete inventor does and use a mix of latex paint watered first, then add with cement, and other additives. Liquid soap or latex keeps the tiny 'beads' of styrofoam he uses to keep from floating and actually mix well with the materials. I don't have any EPS beads/dust as he does (he gets them by the huge bagful at a local factory, it is waste from sheet production) Wear all the protection of course, esp, breathing gear just to be safe
