[papercreters] Re: looking for small batch recipe help

I want to make "rocks" to line an outdoor area, and yes, I have all those things ready to go.

Your advice is perfect, and I will go with the smaller amount, just out of caution. But I have a couple of questions:
How much water do I put in the bucket with the paper?
Do I add more water to the mix when I add the cement?
