[papercreters] how to recycle papercrete?

We all know that papercrete is by nature almost all recycled material-
but are they're anyways to recycle papercrete? We've seen from tests
here that it can be left outside a number of years without degrading,
it cant be burned, when exposed to water and freezing it doesnt crack
like traditional concrete. It cant be melted down and reused like
plastics, glass, and metal. You can recycle concrete by grinding it up
and using it as the aggrivate for new concrete- but this doesnt seem
like it would work with papercrete. Anyone have any insight?
