[papercreters] Re: blocks won't dry

the blocks are hygroscopic
the moisture in the ground and the dew can surround the block with a
lot of moisture.
you can test that by putting a thick paper in the way you have your
block. when you lift the paper it is possible that especially the
underside is wet. In that case you have to make a structure that
allows a minimum of contact and a maximum of airflow. even better if
you can elevate it from the ground. A wood frame with a wire that you
can lift up after being filles with pc pehaps?
