Hi gang- My cast PC type blocks ( no cement- just lime, sawdust &
clay) took a good 6 weeks in the direct sun to cure solid.
the mix I make does not have water run off anyway, so it is just wet
and sludgy, and can be poured into any forms.
I used long U shaped bakery wire racks as the form, laid in
newspapers to keep the wet mix in, and left the long racks elevated on
buckets and it took more than a month.

Plus, having bottom drainage or any elevation off the ground helps a
lot..
