Sounds like a very interesting project.
What you are describing has been built many times using traditional materials. I don't see any reason why something like that couldn't be constructed with papercrete.
I certainly see some excellent advantages to building with papercrete in Alaska.
The primary concern that I envision is to make certain that you have tie down straps connecting the roof rafters all the way down to the trailer frame. Simply attaching the roof rafters to papercrete walls, may not provide enough tensile strength to keep the roof on while driving down the road.
