Just checked it, still pretty wet.  I may have added to much water, but I thought if I could squeeze it into a ball before I took it out of the mixer that would be sufficient - plus, it's lumpy and not smooth so far - which is okay for what I will want them to be.

It's hard to mess up with papercrete :) Are you cooking the test blocks?
