You can only view that file if you are logged into your Yahoo Account.
Sign in to Yahoo using the YahooID you registered on Papercreters. Then try clicking the link, and it will probably work.
But yes. Yahoo is still inept. It would be nice if yahoo returned a page TELLING YOU TO SIGN IN FIRST rather than just leaving you hanging thinking the file doesn't exist. Of course, that would MAKE SENSE, and Yahoo simply will not tolerate things making sense.
