The first video is from TED talk and you will see some examples that will make direct sense to you.
The second video is in nature of an advertisement for MIT school of architecture and normally I would not have given its link.
But suddenly between 1 minute 13 seconds and 1 minute 17 seconds you see a very different mixing blade for papercrete.
Its easily makeable from a simple iron sheet .
I have attached a still picture from the video for you to appreciate the mixer blade design.
It mixes and foams.
