It is/was public. SG announced each as it was set up IIRC, and at least one of them was discussed fairly recently when someone thought we had been hacked and personal information was being collected.
I was joking. However, participation is automatic on the website, this list is mirrored there. The youtube pc group is no longer there because of youtube changes.
