That's a nice shed you built. You say 3/4" bolt holes in your blog. Really, or is that a typo? I find that 1/4" bolts are plenty strong enough for hubs on 1/2" pipe. I like your saddle blocks to attach the plywood panels to the frame.
Since you already have a sealed shell, I would put papercrete panels inside. Make molds that are a bit oversize to account for shrinkage, and to allow a final trim to fit. Maybe 10% oversize. It's easy to cut a 4" pc panel with a circular saw, and you could cut the correct dihedral angle to get a really tight fit, after the pc has set and dried. Start slinging slurry as soon as it is warm enough to work, and let the panels dry all summer before cutting them to fit, and all the shrinkage will be over so you don't end up with open seams you have to seal later. If you decide to coat the inside, use something that will let your papercrete breath. A lime based earth plaster would be great.
Judith is our resident plaster expert - the inside of my dome still has bits of rock, caliche, and dog and cat footprints in it. Some of the textures from pouring onto loose sand are interesting. Maybe someday Judith will come visit and help me out. I don't have any mica but I do have lots of nice red sand, and know of a huge white sand deposit between Abiqui and me.

I plan on covering my dome storage building with papercrete this summer and will post updates. I plan on building a dome home later as well. Spacemans youtube video inspired me to post.
