Palomas is only 63 Kilometers from Columbus, NM and 116km from Deming, NM those two cities contain perhaps the highest concentration of Papercrete structures in the world. It would not be hard for word to spread.
As I recall, Mike McCain and others have worked hard helping spread knowledge of papercrete south of the border.
