How are you doing with the idea about the use of ultra thick walls in
a home?
I am asking this as I am wondering if it possible to get away from the
traditional way of building a ouse in a way that the traditional
building materials are replaced with papercrete.
What I have learned about our ancesters that lived in caves, that they
had there summer and winter quarters. "No window problems in that time".
In the winter they went deeper into their caves especially during the
night and harsh daytime. This brings me to the idea to design a house
in a way that there are spheres for different activities and climate
circumstances. I was thinking about spaces laid out in concentric
circles where the inner spaces are the more private and protected
environments with smaller windows and openings that are surrounded by
outerspaces with more windows and light. Looking outside from an
innerspace does not need a glass window anymore as you can use a cam
with a tv screen. Daylight can be brought in from small sunpipes in
the roof and ventilation can be handled by the use of the natural flow
of air through venturi pipes, that can be closed and opend as needed.
I do not know if this line of rethinking the living space is
significant for youe project?
Hope to hear about this from you.
