Thanks for the input. I had your same concerns. What I would do would be to set up the garbage disposal (maybe right over the mixer if it is not too heavy) and run the hose at a slow speed while feeding soaked paper through it.
I'm not sure I will try it but if I do I'll certainly share the results.
My quest for finely pulped paper comes from my desire to use it for finish plaster and also for the final application of papercrete to the roof. What I have been making seems much too coarse to work in these applications.
