I certainly like the fertility of the discussion on this forum!
Thanks to the moderators and founder(s)!
Two nuggets that jumped out at me from the last digest.
Petrified Hessian and using carpet as a Tirolessa backing (simple, cheap and fast!)
Concrete cloth is available commercially in the UK

for about $$$$/sf so that's cool but not really going to happen but after some googling I found this kindred soul!
http://annesley.wordpress.com/burlap-crete-explained/
Who not only describes a modern version of petrified hessian but is using it to build with right now.
Maybe spray the quick setting mix onto carpet over a framework for the outside and then papercrete the inside for insulation or skip the fast setting stuff and just use Anti-Hydro infused PC?

Can't wait to get back to building!
Cheers,
