Hey Wayne   I think what you wish to do is something like what was done in a Mother Earth News article back in the 70's. Go to their web site and do a search for cement tipi and you should get something. There is also an article about a cement dome type building erected about that time too. From what I recall, they just used portland. But best read the article first.   Best of luck.
