Subject: [papercreters] Old Firetruck Tanker as a mixer? -- was: working on it
The way I figure it. For someone looking to become a professional papercreter, or go into mass production at client sites, an old firetruck tanker might be the ideal industrial sized papercrete mixer platform.
It would be a fairly trivial modification to install mixer blades inside the big water tank.
Those firetruck tankers have an extremely powerful pumper built into the transmission of the truck powered by the main truck engine. It should be able to easily pump papercrete most anywhere.
Someone looking to do that scale of production is probably going to have paper delivered by a semi trailer, probably in a shipping container.
The next step would be to rig a method to load the firetruck tanker mixer with paper using a front end loader.
With such a system, a handful of workers could probably build an entire subdivision of papercrete houses in rapid order.
