Not sure but don't think that Hineman took the money. It has been a mess with the hiway contract work etc.
So yo are saying that all states are not allowed to do their own thing now?
We have the code book and when we ask for the form we were not sent any new regs. We have to apply for a pemit, start the project within 90 days of receipt, and finish the project within two years.
A permit is needed if putting in a septic system which we are not. There are no regs that you have to be hooked up to power etc.
