". Here's the thing, after the mix is done there is a foamy oily spot in the middle. At first I was alarmed and thought there was something wrong but I just kept using it and it's been OK. The only problems I have are that 1 tire keeps losing air and the tank itself leaks like crazy until the slurry gets thick and seals it. I've tried just about everything over the years to seal the tank but nothing has ever worked. "

Judith here is my concern for your mixer and it may be time for a bit of preventative maintenance.  If you are getting a bit of oil in your mix every time chances are very good that you are getting a bit of water in your differential each time as well.  It may be a very good idea to change the oil in your differential after each summer.  It is not a lot of oil and you know an ounce of prevention and all that…  I think you may slowly be replacing the oil in your differential with water which will eventually lead to complete failure.
Just a maybe but worth checking

P.S  please make sure lots of pictures are taken at the up coming gathering and that lots get posted.  I am really bummed that I can't get out there for it.
