Every tow mixer I have seen has the fill plug on top of the differential right below the tank. It is possible to get the plug out, but really hard to fill the differential without a long plastic tube, or removing the tank. Emptying out the emulsified oil is as simple as pulling the cover, refilling is more of a challenge. Pick up a couple of quarts of 90 weight for the refill. Do you have tools like sockets and ratchet?

Judith here is my concern for your mixer and it may be time for a bit of preventative maintenance. If you are getting a bit of oil in your mix every time chances are very good that you are getting a bit of water in your differential each time as well. It may be a very good idea to change the oil in your differential after each summer. It is not a lot of oil and you know an ounce of prevention and all that… I think you may slowly be replacing the oil in your differential with water which will eventually lead to complete failure.
Just a maybe but worth checking
