Greg:
All cellulose can be wet sprayed..... it's the same stuff as the loose
blown in stuff, but when dampened at the nozzle it mats and clings
together very well. Just ground recycled paper with a borate fire
retardant.... only the application differs slightly from loose fill.
The borate is a pretty good repellent.....I've never known anybody who
has had problems with mice and bugs in it any more than fiberglass.
