Yep. If you really want to use papercrete, I would use the below link
as a guide. Basically, you are building a ~6" high block, ~16x16" wide
with a ~10" (30 or so degree) ramp on the front of it.

The ~ just means approximately, and the angle is not terribly important
as long as you are able to drive the trailer up onto it. Here is the
