There is a bit of construction here on the Gulf Coast in Texas. We are
very humid, as well. One man has walls that are over 10 years old now,
no paint or coating of any sort. They have been through a hurricane.
His recipes are in the archives.

We are market growers and it is insanity season right now. Not much
time to chat.
